St Andrew's and St George's West at Festival Time

Great music, books, art... and food

Welcome to St Andrew’s and St George’s West

We are a lively, questioning and inclusive community of over 300 people who have found a place and purpose here. We embrace a wide range of views in theology, politics and action.

We’re committed to caring for each other, to serving our community and to living in harmony with the earth. We’re committed to interfaith dialogue and to peacebuilding. Our rich spiritual life celebrates our faith that God is everywhere and at work in surprising places.

Our Georgian building in the heart of Edinburgh holds a lot of  history. It’s bright and sparkly following our refurbishment. It’s busy every day but there is always space for peace, restoring the spirit and friendly help when needed.

Come and visit, or get in touch. We’d love to get to know you. The church is usually open Monday-Friday 10am-3pm, Saturday 11am-1pm and on Sunday from 9am to 1pm to accommodate our three Sunday services.
